![]() ![]() The game takes my biggest issue with FFXII Vanilla (I hated the way they did the License Board) and it makes it enjoyable to the point where I wish the game was like this to begin with. That's one of the earliest hurdles in the process, so I'm not optimistic.:lol.įFXII International played pretty well, or at least better than some other PS2 translations that I've used (Front Mission 5 and the partial translation of Tales of Destiny 2 had some hiccups). Edit- Trying and failing so far to even access an external HDD or flash drive (or the even the PSP, which is supposed to be 100% compatible) using USB Advance on my launch PS3 60gb. It'd be neat to fire it up here on the ol' launch PS3 though. I have a fatty PS2 upstairs, which I'll gladly go get and use if that's the only way to play this. Like, what the fuck does that line even mean?:lol I'm going to give it a whirl, since I happen to have all the requisite component parts (except I think my Swap Magic is rather old, and not the required 3.6 or 3.8). If you are using the same drive to boot the game from place it in the root of the drive.' ![]() The tutorials on how to use USB Loader (called USB Advance here) are so confusing. You just put them in a few specific places under the top and that's all you have to do. You don't even have to open your system to do it. For the slim, there is a set of plastic tabs that you can buy that will let the system use the Swap Magic discs. You just put the image of the English version and the International version in the same folder as the patcher, run the patcher, and wait for it to patch the game. The patch itself is as simple as it could be. ![]() I never had one for my PS2, so I never bothered with it. One additional problem that I'm aware of (they will look different though, as there is different font in US and PAL versions - everything is optimized for US font, but since PAL font is shorter, that's fine). The difference between using NTSC U/C or PAL/UK versions for text donor is not that big. You can complete every aspect of the game. ![]() All the game is in english (except one short sentence in outro). Just take a look at the 'known issues' in either readme or the first post. FTS – ONE LINK – TORRENT Final Fantasy XIII has been optimised for PC, featuring full screen support and running at 60FPS. ![]()
